About The Position
The Pastor of Guest Experience at Eagle Brook Church champions the guest experience at the assigned campus, focusing on creating engaging experiences and building transformational relationships. This role involves building and leading a team of volunteers to carry out Eagle Brook’s vision for Guest Experience ministries, providing an environment where volunteers are recruited, onboarded, connected, and growing spiritually to own Eagle Brook’s mission. The position requires collaboration with the central Ministry Development team and peers at other campuses, and reports directly to the Campus Pastor.
