About The Position
Eagle Brook Church is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastor of Campus Operations to join our campus team in Blaine, MN. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about developing people. The Pastor of Campus Operations will play a crucial role in leading and developing operational staff while engaging in various initiatives at the campus. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the skills necessary to help individuals reach their God-given potential. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing out the best in people, caring for those in need, and strategically managing the operational aspects of a church. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving campus operational and pastoral ministry objectives, particularly in the areas of Care Ministries, Campus Support, and Facilities. You will provide leadership and direction for the execution of campus operations and care ministries, empowering teams of staff and volunteers to fulfill their roles effectively. Reporting directly to the Campus Pastor, you will champion the mission, vision, culture, and values of the church at the campus level, guiding new believers in their spiritual development journey. Your responsibilities will include leading centrally designed care strategies, providing direct and indirect care for attenders, recruiting and equipping volunteer leaders, managing logistics for care and campus events, and serving as the campus liaison for care ministries. Additionally, you will oversee the Facilities and Campus Support Coordinator staff, ensuring that operational teams support ministries with facility needs and maintain safe and inviting environments. You will also manage ministry and facility budgets, approve calendar requests for facility usage, and work with local law enforcement to coordinate security coverage for services. This role requires a commitment to developing leadership and spiritual maturity in volunteers to multiply capacity and ensure safety and security standards are met at the campus.
