The Pasteurizer Operator at PET Dairy is responsible for performing proficiently in various aspects of multiple plant duties. This includes providing relief in jobs and learning the duties of production, packaging, sanitation, and other roles as assigned. The operator will engage in a variety of line duties within the manufacturing environment, including highly skilled processing, machine operation, and break relief operator jobs. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance repairs, reviewing process data, assisting with training efforts, and ensuring operational efficiencies.
