About The Position

The Pasteurizer Operator at Saputo Cheese USA, LLC is responsible for the operation and monitoring of pasteurization equipment and related processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves effective communication with various departments, maintaining accurate documentation, and performing routine equipment maintenance and sanitation tasks. The operator will work night shifts and is expected to adhere to established guidelines and protocols to ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in dairy.
• Pasteurizer License for Grade A milk as per state regulations.
• Strong math skills and proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
• Technical skills to operate and understand equipment controls and mechanical operations.
• Ability to achieve lift truck certification and operate lift trucks safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
