3rd Shift Paste Delivery Operator
About The Position
Empty tomato paste or tomatoes into the ribbon blender and transfer to the proper paste tank Operators must follow instructions to achieve desired brix standards Open lids on paste bins to prepare for blending Keep proper records on paste Dumper sheets and account for all bins used Keep extractor and areas clean at all times Break down wooden bins and stack wood. Tag with appropriate supplier paper Sweep paste dock area Know how to drive a forklift Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules, and regulations, including GMP’s and safety Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant
Requirements
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- Must be able to understand and carry out instructions while performing manual labor related tasks
- Must be able to successfully use basic math and writing skills necessary to complete the required paperwork
- Good Communication Skills

- Must be able to climb stairs or ladders
- Must be able to operate basic electrical switches
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis

- Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements.
- Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
