To assist the Server in all aspects of service, in a quick and efficient manner. Inform Manager on duty of any Guest opportunities. Greet Guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve drinks on a tray. Bus tables at the conclusion of Guests' meals by wiping off tables, all chairs and booth seats. Inspect the entire floor area and ensure that it is clean. Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness. Ensure that supplies inside stations are well-stocked and clean.
