About The Position

Love pasta? We're looking for a PT Pasta Clerk to join our Pasta & Mozzarella Department at our Sayville Store location! This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, making fresh pasta, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• At least 1 year of pasta-making experience (bonus if you know packaging/production, too)
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Team player who's eager to learn and grow their skills in pasta making
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of pasta-making experience (bonus if you know packaging/production, too)

Responsibilities

• Create delicious fresh pasta, following our signature recipes and standards
• Weigh, package, and prep pasta for freezer/refrigerated sales
• Keep our shelves stocked and beautifully merchandised
• Perform quality checks to ensure every package looks and tastes amazing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Safely operate pasta-making equipment (don't worry-we'll train you!)
• Jump in with other duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly
