This includes taking passport photos, responding to questions about passport processing, delivering applications to the post office, and tracking applications. The agent is responsible for staying informed of changes to the passport acceptance process and sharing updates with other passport agents. Financial duties include receiving payments, processing receipts for services, reconciling daily receipts, and preparing deposits for the Treasurer's Office. Additionally, the position provides administrative support and performs other related duties as assigned.
