Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Passive Geolocation Senior Mentor possesses certifications in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award. Position Description: The Passive Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of multi-mode collection and language-enabled passive geolocation operations. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.
