This role includes supervising employees, monitoring performance, and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities may also extend to operations such as weight and balance, cargo, cabin services, and ground equipment.

Requirements

  • ​​​​​​Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds.  No exceptions.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations.
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Train and support staff to uphold service and operational standards.
  • Ensure proper identification and security measures are followed.
  • Maintain fair and respectful treatment of employees, customers, and vendors.
