As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you will handle various airport and passenger services. Your responsibilities include making reservations, issuing tickets, and processing refunds. You’ll assist passengers by checking in baggage, collecting excess baggage fees, and providing general travel information. At the gate, you will help with boarding and deplaning, validate tickets, and manage reservations and luggage. You’ll also be responsible for handling lost and found, tracing missing items, and processing baggage claims. Additionally, you'll process airfreight shipments, determine routing, collect payments, and keep shipment records. Staying alert for any security issues, you'll report suspicious activities or breaches to managers through the WFS whistleblower program to ensure safety and compliance.
