About The Position

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. The Customer Service Agent will be assisting passengers on airfares, assuring communication delivery is of high standards of airport service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Perform a variety of duties involving guest contact and delivering high standards of service in an airport airline environment Must be able to communicate well in a one-on-one environment while maximizing guest satisfaction Must be able to read and interpret all online and manual reference material Assist guests with quoting airfares and schedules, booking reservations, issuing tickets, tagging baggage and check-in flights Resolve complicated travel itineraries Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer inquiries Passport and visa handling and inspection Well organized, articulate, dependable, punctual, and reliable. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary Communicate via radio, fax, phones in a professional manner Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with an emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time
  • Must be professional appearance and adhere to company grooming/uniform policy
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
  • Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed during irregular operations.
