There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
As a member of our passenger services team, you will be assisting passengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations. This role is public-facing, and to ensure you always look your best when interacting with customers, you will be issued a company uniform, which you are expected to wear neatly and cleanly at all times. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting passengers at ticket counters to ensure proper check-in and handling of luggage, as well as verifying documents in the gate area prior to boarding. You will also be responsible for making announcements, checking baggage, and assigning seats in the gate area. In addition to these duties, you may be required to drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles, necessitating a valid driver's license with a clear driving record. You will need to perform simple mathematical functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing, as you will interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures is essential. Cross-training is a part of our operational strategy, so you may be expected to work in other areas of the operation. While previous experience may be beneficial, it is not required, as we provide classroom and on-the-job training to ensure you are fully prepared for your new position before starting.
