The Passenger Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming travel experience for all airline passengers. This position involves providing exceptional customer service during all stages of the passenger journey, including computerized check-in, baggage handling, jetway operation, and special assistance. Additionally, the agent will support the Ambassador Program, assist with airport guest relations, and help reposition facility items such as barriers and chairs when needed.
