The Passenger Coordinator is a unique position focused on customer satisfaction & inter-departmental communication. The Passenger Coordinator will assist guests in the passenger boarding area while maintaining a high degree of fun, safety and professionalism. The position works closely with the Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) and Guides to ensure a smooth transition for customers and address any issues that arise.
