About The Position

At Keolis Commuter Services (KCS), the Passenger Concierge position is designed to provide essential support for the smooth daily operations of the station, which may include North Station, South Station, or Back Bay. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent customer service across various capacities, ensuring that passengers have a positive experience while using the Commuter Rail network. The Passenger Concierge will engage with customers directly, assisting them with fare purchases, providing information about train schedules, and addressing any inquiries they may have. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, reflecting KCS's dedication to safety and reliability in public transportation. The role encompasses several key responsibilities, including acting as a Ticket Agent, Information Clerk, Solari Operator, Lost and Found Agent, and Cashier. Each of these roles requires specific skills and knowledge, such as a thorough understanding of fares and schedules, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and excellent communication skills. The Passenger Concierge will also be responsible for training and onboarding new employees, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide the best service possible.
