About The Position

Join us as a PASS Support Staff, where you'll work one-on-one with children (ages 0–21) with special needs to support their growth, independence, and joy, right in their homes and communities. What You’ll Do: · Be a consistent, caring presence for a child with special needs. · Follow a personalized PASS plan to support treatment goals. · Encourage independence through positive reinforcement and creative engagement. · Work closely with families, clinical staff, and supervisors to ensure each child receives the best support possible. · Maintain documentation like a pro (logs, data sheets, time sheets). · Respect privacy and create safe, welcoming environments. · Attend training, team meetings, and bring your ideas to the table. • A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and insurance
