About The Position

Our events range from birthday parties to family reunions and team-building exercises, all designed to create safe, fun, and entertaining experiences. As a Party Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each birthday party is personalized and memorable, with the birthday child at the center of attention. Your primary responsibility will be to create an environment filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement, leading to meaningful memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will be responsible for pre-planning, organizing, and facilitating birthday parties that are not only enjoyable for the children but also hassle-free for the parents. You will welcome guests with a smile, review the party format with parents, and keep guests engaged with games and activities while waiting for others to arrive. Your ability to uncover the birthday child's personal favorites will help you tailor the party experience to their liking. Throughout the event, you will lead and facilitate safe and organized activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and having fun. Interaction with both children and parents is key, as you will be their main point of contact during the party. You will also assist in the setup and smooth transition of attractions, serve food, and maintain the party room's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. Your role will require you to be proactive in reporting any misconduct and ensuring that the guest service performance standards are met daily. Ultimately, your goal is to create an unforgettable experience for all attendees, using your unique personality to surprise and engage guests.
