As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Central applications team, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and updates of client accounts. You will validate and review documentation, ensure requests are authorized, and follow procedural guidelines to maintain data integrity. In this role, you will proactively resolve issues, manage escalations, and act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders. You will also support audit requirements, develop standard operating procedures, and contribute expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations. Your strong analytical skills and teamwork will be essential to the team's success.

  • Lead daily operations related to Party Central, focusing on setup, maintenance, and updates of client accounts
  • Validate and diligently review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioning
  • Follow procedural guidelines without any misses
  • Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed
  • Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication
  • Manage training needs of the team and ensure completion of mandatory targets
  • Provide expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligations
  • Support audit requirements with timely and accurate data retrieval and documentation
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and control frameworks

  • University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in party reference data, client onboarding, and KYC processes
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
