About The Position

Party on the Patio is a free, high‑energy weekly outdoor concert series held every Thursday night, featuring top tribute bands, local food trucks, and great drink specials. We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused team members to help deliver an unforgettable experience all summer long! Positions Available: Beer Pourers Bartenders Barbacks Job Duties Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and or cocktail servers in accordance with departmental procedures at our Party on the Patio summer concert series on the Racetrack Apron. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service. What You’ll Do: Provide fast, friendly beverage service in a fun outdoor environment Pour and serve beer, cocktails, and beverages according to safety and compliance standards Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly Support high‑volume service during concerts Interact with guests to create an upbeat, welcoming atmosphere Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor bar stations What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor event setting Must be 18+ Reliability and teamwork are a must Why You’ll Love It: Weekly live music from top tribute acts Fun, outdoor summer atmosphere Great team environment Perfect opportunity for seasonal or supplemental work
Requirements
- Previous bar or event experience a plus, but not required for all roles.
- Must be able to work Thursday nights for the event, other shifts may be available.
- RAMP certification required and provided if needed.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor event setting
- Must be 18+
- Reliability and teamwork are a must
