The Party Host is primarily responsible for representing the Party People on the casino floor, bringing energy, excitement, and fun to the gaming experience. This role involves hosting games, selecting winners, recording prizes, and creating memorable experiences for players at Barona. The Party Host also plays a crucial role in communicating sales messages from service personnel to players, ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

  • Represent the Party People on the casino floor with energy and excitement.
  • Host Party People games and select winners.
  • Record prizes and create memorable experiences for players.
  • Communicate and implement sales messages from Wrap Around Service personnel to players.
  • Develop creative performance routines for promotions and presentations.
  • Initiate small-scale celebrations for players' special occasions.
  • Execute drawings using Barona's promotional software as needed.
  • Assist with staffing promotions and special events in various capacities.
  • Produce and deliver promotional materials.
  • Facilitate training as requested.
  • Handle prize distributions and related documentation.
  • Oversee installations for special events and promotions.
  • High School Diploma; Associates Degree or above preferred.
  • Demonstrated public speaking and performance skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in Casino Marketing or Community Relations.
