About The Position

The Party Host at Urban Air is responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for party guests, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. This role involves greeting guests, managing party logistics, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
• Great personality and people-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Availability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Set up the party room and ensure all necessary items are in place.
• Assist parents and guests throughout the party.
• Serve food, including hot, fresh pizza, to party guests.
• Manage the timing of events, including cake cutting and activities.
• Work in various roles within the park as needed to keep the job dynamic.
