About The Position

Under direct supervision, ensures a pleasant experience for guests that have booked a birthday party in the recreation facility. This is accomplished by setting up the room for a party, setting out a cake, party favors, tableware, balloons, drinks, and food if needed, greeting guests; assisting guest(s) in serving food, party favors, and other tasks. This position does not provide direction to others. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed and may be required to perform additional, position-specific duties.

Requirements

• Less than a High School Diploma or equivalent with no prior work experience.
• Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver's license.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days from hire.
• Food Handlers Certification required or ability to obtain within three (3) months from hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to clients and guests by greeting them.
• Prepares room for party by setting out cake, tableware, drinks, balloons and party favors.
• Assists guests in serving food and various other tasks as needed.
• Responsible for cleanup and restocking once parties are completed.
