About The Position
This Party Experience Ambassador role is a high-energy, social, part time role where you are inside the birthday party. You will be meeting the parents, building relationships, and helping families plan their next celebration with us. This role is 100% commission based, designed for someone who wants flexibility, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated to earn based off performance. You're not cold calling, but speaking with families already celebrating, armed with tools, offers, and support to help you succeed. You control your earnings and work in a fun, high energy environment, not behind a desk.
Requirements
- Naturally outgoing and personable- someone people trust quickly.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
- Confident in guiding conversations toward a decision.
- Strong listener- can read people and adjust approach.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus (especially commission based).
Responsibilities
- Building birthday party guest relationships during in the moment birthday parties to book future events at your facility.
- Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events.
- Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot.
- Meet or exceed monthly booking target for birthday party bookings.
- Offer exclusive in-the-moment incentives to encourage booking today.
