The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations.

Manage the birthday party department and serve as the first point of contact for guests.
Design party packages including food, drinks, and attractions.
Train party staff members and manage birthday operations.
Ensure the party management system is being followed.
Exceed customer expectations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Sell party packages and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Work with the leadership team to drive financial results.
Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to mentor young people.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.
