From twisting slides to climbing challenges, our spaces encourage physical, mental, and social development through engaging activities. Unlike traditional entertainment centers, we focus on active play—no arcade games or ticket booths here! Kids run, jump, climb, and slide while learning valuable skills like sharing, teamwork, and making new friends. Your role will include hosting vibrant birthday parties, ensuring a safe and fun environment, and delivering exceptional guest service. Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Host Memorable Parties: Lead exciting birthday celebrations and ensure every guest has an amazing time.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a smile, assist with purchases, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Promote Products and Services: Upsell merchandise and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
