In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies that bring our customer-first service model to life. Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service behaviors, ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of everything they do. You will create a friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance the customer service experience for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude and a commitment to overcoming obstacles to bring joy to our customers are essential. Team Members will work collaboratively to achieve sales, profit, and service targets while adhering to all key Balloon & Omni strategies.
