About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction. Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service behaviors, ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of every action. You will create a customer-friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance service for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude and a commitment to overcoming obstacles to bring joy to customers are essential. Additionally, you will be part of a team that meets sales, profit, and service targets while adhering to key Balloon & Omni strategies.
