In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies, ensuring that customer service behaviors are exceptional and that the customer is prioritized in every action taken. You will provide value to guests by delivering a friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance the customer service experience for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude is essential, especially when overcoming obstacles to bring joy to customers. You will be part of a team that is accountable for achieving sales, profit, and service targets, as well as implementing key Balloon & Omni strategies.
