In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class sales and service strategies, ensuring that customer service behaviors are exceptional and that the customer is prioritized in every action taken. Team Members will provide value to guests by delivering a friendly in-store and curbside shopping experience, leveraging technology to enhance the customer service experience for both internal and external customers. A positive attitude and a commitment to overcoming obstacles to bring joy to customers are essential. Team Members will also be part of a team that meets sales, profit, and service targets while adhering to all key Balloon & Omni strategies.
