Requirements
- LSI, PLS, or ~4+ years of solid field experience
- Strong survey math and technical skills
- Experience with Trimble, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Leadership mindset—you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative
- Clear communicator who can handle clients and crews alike
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Lead construction staking projects start to finish
- Direct and develop your field crew for top performance
- Keep projects on track—schedule, budget, quality
- Be the go-to field contact for both clients and internal teams
- Solve problems before they become delays
- Deliver clean, accurate field data and documentation
- Mentor Instrument Operators and help build the next generation of talent
