About The Position

This position is a one-year hands-on ministry experience that offers real ownership, intentional mentorship, and a front-row seat to how ministry works. As a ministry resident, you will help shape and lead the ministry while growing as a disciple and leader. You will be the point person for all volunteer leads during weekly services, ensuring smooth operations. Your role will specifically assist with the discipleship of male volunteers, helping them grow as followers of Jesus as they serve. You will oversee monthly hangouts with a volunteer team, meet weekly with young adults for intentional discipleship, and receive regular mentorship from staff and leaders. Additionally, you will join all staff meetings to gain insight into church life and leadership, contribute to the Young Adults Leadership Team, and host and teach in services as opportunities arise.

• Flexible and a self-starter, willing to try new things.
• Dependable and organized, able to manage details and follow through on projects.
• Excited about building something new and contributing to a mission bigger than oneself.
• Engaged in worship and involved in community at Preston Trail.
• Able to invest 10-15 hours a week, including scheduled meetings and Thursday night services.

Responsibilities
