About The Position
Assist retail and wholesale customers procure parts by phone, face to face, and electronic platforms.
Requirements
- Prior automotive parts or retail counter sales experience strongly preferred (General Motors a major plus)
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with a parts catalog system
- Phone skills with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Look up and order correct parts using electronic catalogs and dealer systems
- Provide accurate price quotes, parts availability, and product information
- Process parts sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately
