Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
3+ years of warranty-related experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Exemplary customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and urgency
Proficiency with DBS, SIS, SIMSI, SIB, ADZ142, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the Parts Warranty Department
Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and within Caterpillar time requirements
Lead onboarding, development, training, and workflow management for all warranty team members
Work closely with parts supervisors, service supervisors, customers, and other dealers to resolve warranty questions and issues
Oversee interpretation of job folders and the preparation and submission of Caterpillar warranty claims
Manage “Send It Back” Cat parts returns and ensure proper processing and documentation
Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain accurate delivery records
Monitor claim accuracy, timeliness, and departmental performance metrics
Uphold compliance with Caterpillar warranty policies and Mustang Cat standards
Foster a collaborative and customer-first culture within the warranty team
