About The Position

Join Gay Family Kia as a Parts Warehouse team member located in Dickinson, TX. In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department by efficiently managing inventory, organizing stock, and supporting the needs of our service and sales teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, parts department, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Prepare and stage parts for delivery or service technicians.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with parts counter team members and parts managers to fulfill parts requests promptly.
