The Warehouse Team Leader (Supervisor) ensures an extraordinary client experience and creates client advocates by directing and supervising warehouse activities for the dealerships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Operator's Driver's License (Must be insurable)

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with Parts Manager/Assistant Parts Manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing
  • Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
  • Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and takes corrective action as needed
  • Processes salvage of warranty, damaged or used material as directed
  • Reports freight claims
  • Designs and maintains warehouse equipment layout
  • Performs Warehouse Specialist duties as needed
  • Ensures the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
  • Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
  • Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
  • Attends weekly department meetings
  • Other duties may be assigned
