About The Position

Sam Pack Five Star Ford Carrollton is a trusted and growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts and supplies. This role plays a key part in supporting both the service department and retail parts sales, ensuring parts are available, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate scissor lifts and warehouse pickers (required).
• Comfort working at heights.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Accurately pull and prepare parts orders for service technicians and customers.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and parts storage system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to the service department.
• Assist with parts inquiries as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
