About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Specialist is responsible for working with Warehouse Solutions leadership and technicians to manage the shipping and receiving of material in the Customer Service Center. The Parts Warehouse Specialist will store and retrieve parts in the warehouse with a great focus and attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
one year of experience in material handling and/or shipping and receiving experience
valid driver's license with a clean driving record
display proficiency knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

Support all team areas in Warehouse Solutions in shipping and receiving activities and provide effective scheduling
Organize paperwork, ensuring proper accuracy and completion
Receive and stock parts, locate new parts, relocate parts for space requirements
Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
