As a Parts Warehouse Specialist with RDO, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our parts operation moving. From receiving and stocking to shipping and delivery, you’ll play a hands‑on role in supporting customers and teammates in a safe, well‑organized warehouse environment - all while building skills with a company that invests in your growth. Requirements

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills: Key for managing tasks, building relationships, and effective communication.
• Operational systems skills: Demonstrates comfort with basic computer programs.
• Equipment operation skills: Operates warehouse machinery safely to keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills: Ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with a parts operating system is preferred but not required.
