Parts Warehouse Person

Servco is looking for a Parts Warehouse Person to work at our Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) in Kapolei. This role is responsible for gathering and preparing parts orders for transport to internal and external customers, and will perform receiving, stocking, and retrieval of parts from the parts warehouse. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum six months of automotive experience
- Warehouse work experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Typing 15 wpm
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer relations skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification
- Detail oriented, team-oriented, ability to focus and follow instructions
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Customer focused
- Strong work ethic and takes initiative
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive and check-in parts to ensure correct part and quantity ordered and that condition of parts is acceptable
- Scan and/or input parts information in computer system in a timely manner
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
- Pull component list and stage all parts including warranty books for technicians and may need to deliver larger parts to stalls
- Pack parts for returns and submit RMA monthly
- Handles all required paperwork
- Receive, catalogue, and dispose of warranty parts and scrappage as needed
- Dispose of recyclables daily from bins in PD shop
- Manage and distribute warranty books
- Perform cycle counting and annual inventory
- May also build and replace bins and storage racks
- Deliver parts to other VPC departments in a timely manner (ex: Bodyshop, KBP location, others TBD)
- Maintain forklift – fueling or gassing, complete daily forklift driver checklist
- Shuttle vehicles to secondary location as needed
