Requirements
- Previous warehouse/delivery experience
- Valid driver’s license and strong driving record
- Ability to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification within 3 months (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Six months hands-on warehouse/delivery work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Unload shipping containers and accurately receive and inspect merchandise to ensure the correct item and quantity was received
- Inspect merchandise for damages and document damages for insurance claims
- Accurately sort parts in timely manner
- Utilizing a forklift and picker, accurately and safely pick and pack parts orders for local delivery or outer island shipment
- Prepare all related shipping documents
- Assist with cycle counting and other inventory functions
- Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment including reporting safety and material handling equipment concerns on a timely basis
- Assist with parts delivery driving and other warehouse tasks as needed
