About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse / Inventory Clerk to join our team. The Parts Warehouse / Inventory Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and tracking parts inventory. This role works closely with the parts and service teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of parts needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Must be self-sufficient and reliable with consistent attendance (including alternating Saturday mornings)
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor)
Computer literate and willing to learn company systems
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. regularly
Team-oriented with a willingness to support departmental goals

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory management, ordering, or warehouse operations
Previous parts or equipment industry experience
Forklift experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and organization.
Pick and pull parts for internal and external orders.
Assist with inventory control, returns, and restocking processes.
Keep warehouse, receiving areas, and parts storage clean and organized.
Operate forklifts and equipment to move and store inventory safely.
Use computerized systems to track inventory and update records.
Support parts counter and service department as needed.
Assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
