We're looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, with some of that time spent in a mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!
• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and high motivation to provide outstanding service.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with database environments.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. ALos perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders, pick and pack items, make hoses, and deliver parts as needed.
• Customer Interaction: Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.
