About The Position

Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the United States. We have a full-time, 1st shift Parts Warehouse Clerk position available at our Fort Worth, Texas location at 549 W. Loop 820 North (Jim Wright Fwy.), Fort Worth, TX 76108. The hours of the position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Parts Warehouse Clerk is responsible for responding promptly, accurately, and efficiently processing all parts transactions and related warehouse activities.

Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to operate a conventional forklift and learn to build hydraulic hoses
Ability to quickly and repeatedly operate the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions
Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., 10 times a day and frequently bend, reach, and walk
Must be able to use a scanner
Must be able to read and understand manufacture specifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least two years of warehouse experience preferred
A valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities

Complete all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely, and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction as measured by management observation and customer feedback surveys. Also to be measured by the achievement of department goals.
Complete all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate, timely, and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in the parts warehouse. To be monitored by management observation and stock order analysis reports, as well as daily and year-end physical inventories.
Maintain parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards, so that they are neat and orderly. Must perform housekeeping duties in warehouse areas.
Must be able to be a team player in a fast paced environment
Must be able to communicate verbaly, in writing, and electronic communications.
Must be able to adhere to all safety precautions
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and overtime if required.
Must be able to demonstrate self development by following the HOLT culture model.
