THE OPPORTUNITY Louisiana Cat is seeking a Parts Warehouse Attendant to join our growing operations at the Reserve, LA location.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Understanding of inventory allocation and control
- Ability to verify shipments and reconcile discrepancies
- Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills for working with internal departments and external customers
Nice To Haves
- Experience pulling, stocking, and organizing parts or merchandise preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic computer data entry preferred
- Parts experience, especially in a warehouse, stockroom setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Pull stock orders for customers, technicians, and other stores
- Check, receive, and verify accuracy of part locations and quantities
- Receive merchandise and stock shelves
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean warehouse by sweeping and cleaning each day
