Cavender Toyota, a Cavender Auto Family Dealership, is currently looking for a talented OVERNIGHT Parts Warehouse Associate to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”. Requirements

Ability to identify automotive parts by sight or part number
Experience using inventory management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout your shift
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Must successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive parts warehouse experience preferred
CDK experience preferred

Responsibilities

Stocking and retrieving automotive parts accurately and efficiently
Receiving daily parts deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy
Inspecting inventory for damage and confirming correct part numbers
Pulling and packing parts for customer orders and technician service requests
Putting away stock and special-order parts in designated warehouse locations
Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate inventory records
Learning and utilizing the CDK receipt process to ensure inventory accuracy
Working exception reports following scan sessions
Monitoring stock levels and communicating reorder needs to the Parts Manager
Assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory preparation
Supporting dispatch of morning parts delivery routes
Receiving overnight orders from GST partners
Maintaining required certifications for shipping/receiving hazardous materials (as needed)
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA guidelines and dealership standards
