We are hiring a Parts Supervisor to supervise and perform the day-to-day operations of Mustang's Long Drive Parts Store.

Requirements

• Associates degree in business or other related field
• Will consider relevant work experience in lieu of education requirements
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment
• Strong Computer skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
• Demonstrated success in a leadership role
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Outgoing, positive personality
• Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Cat Systems

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the branch - ensure all safety practices, policies, and requirements are followed
• Staff management including - staffing, performance and engagement
• Inventory control and shuttle truck operations
• Manage profitability
• Meet and exceed all customer service goals and expectations
