About The Position
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in various tasks. This role involves assisting customers with their merchandise selections, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The Parts Specialist also participates in daily operational tasks and may perform in-store services as permitted by local laws.
