About The Position
The Parts Specialist position at our Adelanto location is a full-time role that requires a dedicated individual to manage inventory and ensure the efficient ordering and stocking of parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inventory cycle counts, updating pricing, and adjusting inventory quantities to maintain accurate stock levels. This role demands a sense of urgency in ordering parts from our preferred vendors, confirming orders, and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of parts. The Parts Specialist will also be tasked with picking up parts for rush orders, ensuring that all necessary components are available when needed. In addition to these responsibilities, the Parts Specialist will review and evaluate bids for parts, comparing pricing to ensure the best value for the company. Keeping the parts office organized and the stock room clean is also a critical aspect of this role, as it contributes to the overall efficiency of operations. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must have a clean driving record to meet insurance requirements. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of parts and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
