About The Position

Pete’s RV Center is seeking a Parts Specialist to support both customers and service technicians by providing the right parts and accessories quickly and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and working in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping both retail and service operations running efficiently. Pete’s RV Center is a family-owned business that has been helping families enjoy the outdoors since 1952. We are a high-volume, high-performing RV dealership group across New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Indiana, and we continue to grow across multiple states. Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, parts, automotive, or RV industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories.
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling.
  • Maintain organized inventory, restock shelves, and create appealing product displays.
  • Utilize catalogs and online systems to research and source parts.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests for service orders.
  • Manage special orders and notify customers when parts arrive.
  • Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts, stocking, and organization.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving.
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and parts area.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
